We're working hard on fulfilling your orders and sending them out as quickly as possible, but please be patient!
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be crafted and processed before shipment. All our pieces are handmade and shipped from the United States.
Due to ongoing supply chain and shipping issues out of our control, specific components for items will have prolonged lead times, and we ask again for your patience!
US Shipping:
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We cannot refund or replace stolen or unreceived packages confirmed in transit or delivered.
International Shipping:

International duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout. The buyer is responsible for all customs declarations. Our prices do not include any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your package's entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.
ÍASPIS PEARL.JW is a United States-based company. We offer our local postal service (USPS) and other international services. When an international order is placed, and USPS is selected as your shipping option, please note that once the parcel leaves the United States, it is transferred to your government's postal service. This means the USPS no longer receives status changes like a private service (FedEx, UPS, DHL) would. Once your parcel has reached the country from where the order was made, we can no longer provide status changes or tracking information.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued when they are received back and will incur a shipping fee.
